Chivalry… Or Something. | 7% | Batavia, NY | Farmhouse Ale – Bière de Garde | Our Biere de Garde is brewed with a custom blend of New York malts, to be as true to style as a New York brewed French Ale can be. Munich and Pilsner malts were blended with a heaping helping of fresh French Strisselspalt hops. The finishing beer is reminiscent of an Oktoberfest, with a little more body and alcohol, and a spicy, herbal finish from the French hops. | |
Baltic Porter | 10% | Batavia, NY | Porter – Baltic | Our first Baltic Porter, but definitely not our last, was brewed with New York grown Pale, Munich, and a blend of Crystal and Chocolate malts. Lagered for 3 months before packaging, and then rested again before sharing. We love brewing imperial lagers, and this new Baltic Porter might be our new favorite. | |
Sour Project #3 | 4% | Penn Yann, NY | Sour – Fruited Gose | Sour Project #3 is the third in our rotating sour project series. This entry is a kettle sour ale brewed with estate grown Concord grapes. | |
Aint No Chimneys | 8.2% | Livonia, NY | Stout – Imperial / Double | This beer is loaded with chocolate then aged on cinnamon, vanilla and a blend of Mexican chili peppers for a super subtle heat on the back that quickly goes away. Not spicy, but a delicious compliment to the chocolatey goodness! | |
Bruce Hop IPA Reserve | 7.1% | Canandaigua, NY | IPA – New England | Named for the famous New Zealand blend of hops consists of Nelson Sauvin, motueka, pacifica and pacific jade and gives this brew notes of gooseberry, citrus and tropical fruits. | |
PBCMS | 10% | Syracuse, NY | Stout – Imperial/Double Milk | Rich chocolate decadence with layers of peanut butter meet your taste buds in an experience unlike any other. | |
Mister Zero W/ Galaxy | 6.2% | Syracuse, NY | IPA – New England | Mister Zero’s on a trip to space…to explode your taste buds! We hit our favorite NEIPA with over 3lbs/bbl of Galaxy on top of Citra Cryo and Apollo for one juicy, fruity taste sensation that’s out of this world. | |
Maximum Boogie | 10% | Brooklyn, NY | IPA – Triple | Maximum Boogie triple IPA is a rollercoaster ride of tropical flavors. It is absurdly saturated with juicy hop tones of overripe fruit. With a hop rate of 9 lbs per barrel — radically hop bursted and double dry hopped — this 10% monster tastes something like an, orange, strawberry, banana, guava, mango, coconut smoothie. | |
Superfruit Sour | 6.5% | Rochester, NY | Sour – Fruited | This Kettle Sour was brewed with cherry, kiwi, toasted almonds, and yogurt. | |
