What got you interested in Beer: I took one little sip and have been under its spell every since.
What is your favorite beer: My go to is always a good, dark, gritty stout like our local Railroad Brewing’s Charcoal Train. Recently I’ve felt a little exploratory and have been enjoying sours and berliner weisses. (I’m drinking Platform’s Blockbuster Night as I type this). And you can never go wrong with a true classic Bavarian beer by Ayinger.
What makes Beerhead special: Obviously our extensive inventory of the best beers around is our selling point. But the heartbeat of Beerhead is our passionate, knowledgeable staff that will assist you in either trying something new or make a suggestion tailored to your taste buds. No matter who you are, you may walk in looking for a Budlight but leave having found out you now enjoy banana bread beer.
What would you like the world to know about Beerhead: We want to be the hub for all things happenin in Avon! Local music? They’re here! Themed trivia? We got it! Yoga, game day specials, movies; park your hiney right here. Beerhead is the cool local hangout, and with an awesome patio revamp coming soon, you’ll never want to leave!
Anything else quirky and fun: Well besides my personality, I quit the office life to do this and have never been happier.
Favorite food to eat with Beer: I smash way to many of our pork naan open faced tacos.
What is your favorite local brewery: Brewdog. Brewdog. Brewdog. Not only are all of their beers complex in flavor and downright tasty, their breweries are darn cool spots and the staff is top notch.
